Description

Detectable disposable ear plugs SNR 33 db for food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries.

Ces detectable ear plugs offer excellent hearing protection for very noisy areas (production, machinery areas, ventilation).

Made with expandable foam in soft polyurethane and featuring a contoured shape, these detectable disposable ear plugs insert easily into the ear canal. Additionally, the memory foam PU expands slowly and uniformly when inserted into the ear to provide effective hearing protection.

With a soft touch and smooth surface, these disposable ear plugs offer consistent comfort throughout the day.

Les detectable ear plugs are designed to be detected by metal detectors and X-ray detection systems used in food, cosmetic, chemical or pharmaceutical industries.

These detectable ear plugs are suitable for use in food environments (but they are not compatible for direct contact with food).*The detection of ear plugs with their cord in operational conditions depends on several parameters. Detection quality depends on the equipment you use, its configuration, your factory’s production conditions, and the type of food products. A test must be performed under actual conditions of use before any implementation of detectable products.
