This detectable safety cutter has a dedicated notch for cutting adhesive tapes or opening cardboard boxes without risk of damaging the contents. Detectable by metal detectors and X-ray as well as visually thanks to its blue color.

Description
Detectable, waterproof and hypoallergenic blue bandages for food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries.
These detectable bandages are used for wound protection in sensitive areas, particularly in the food industry.
Made from polyethylene, they are flexible and grease-resistant. The adhesive parts are gentle on the skin and ensure long-lasting protection of the wound.
They are comfortable and provide reliable protection.
The detectable bandages incorporate an aluminum film to be detected by metal detectors and X-ray detection systems used in food, cosmetic, chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
Being blue in color, they are easily visually detectable. Indeed, blue color does not occur naturally in food.
The pack of 100 detectable bandages includes 3 different sizes:
- 20 bandages – 76mm x 51mm
- 40 bandages – 72mm x 25mm
- 40 bandages – 72mm x 19mm
These detectable bandages are suitable for use in food environments (but they are not compatible for direct contact with food).
*The detection of bandages in operational conditions depends on several parameters. Detection quality depends on the equipment you use, its configuration, your factory’s production conditions as well as the type of food produced. A test must be carried out in real conditions of use before any implementation of detectable products.
