WeLoc Gripper FD lockable and detectable clip with its PA6.6 polyamide locking system used to hermetically seal opened bags in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries. This reusable sealing clip is highly detectable by metal detectors and X-ray. The lockable sealing clips have a useful sealing length of 100mm or 150mm and can be secured with a cable tie. This detectable clip ensures reliable and hermetic sealing with its locking system. It has excellent mechanical resistance, is durable and withstands temperatures between -50°C and +120°C.

WeLoc Gripper lockable and detectable clip for the closure of bags, big bags, FIBC and flexible containers used in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries.
The We Loc detectable clip for closure is designed to be detected by metal detectors and X-ray detection systems. The We Loc Gripper FD lockable clip is resistant to grease, corrosion and both positive and negative temperatures between -50°C and +120°C. The clip is approved for food contact.
This detectable lockable clip is available in 2 lengths:
- Sack Clip version in 240mm with a sealing length of 100mm (POM 100 FD – 7391027000122)
- Sack Clip version in 315mm with a sealing length of 150mm (POM 150 FD – 7391027000252)

Available in six standard colors and produced in Sweden, the WeLoc Gripper works between -50°C and +120°C. It complies with European and American legislation for food contact, contains no cadmium or lead, and has ISO/TS 16949:2009 & 14001 certifications.
*The detection of the reusable self-locking clip under operational conditions depends on several parameters. The quality of detection depends on the equipment you use, its configuration, the production conditions in your factory, and the type of food produced.
