The detectable ballpoint pen with clip in blue/black/green/red ink is specially designed for the food industry and HACCP standard. This one-piece pen is highly detectable by metal detectors and X-ray. It is ergonomic with its square shape, provides pleasant writing with its indelible ink. One-piece design without assembled parts and equipped with a retention clip.

This detectable ballpoint pen is designed for professional daily use in food environments and in compliance with the HACCP method.
The detectable pen is designed with the minimum possible number of parts, it is made with only 2 elements: the pen body and the ink cartridge. This minimizes the risk of contaminating production with foreign bodies.
The detectable pen body is square which prevents the pen from rolling on inclined surfaces. This detectable pen also offers very good ergonomics which is appreciated for daily use in food processing and industrial environments.
The pen body is made with a plastic specially developed to be detected by metal detectors and X-ray detection systems. This polymer (polypropylene – PP) contains highly detectable metallic additives. The pen body is suitable for food contact and for use in the food industry.
The ink is indelible and cannot be replaced at the end of its life. Additionally, the ink is not suitable for food contact.
All detectable ballpoint pens that we deliver are tested. We also attach particular importance to removing the ball tip protection (plastic ball tip) to ensure you have a detectable pen ready to be used by your teams in the best possible conditions.
The detectable ballpoint pen is available with a body in several colors to allow HACCP color coding: blue, yellow, red or green. This allows you to equip your teams with the detectable pen best suited to your factory’s zoning. You will significantly reduce the risks of cross-contamination.
